Peavey's Josh Homme Decade Too is a modern reimagining of the original Decade amp, made famous by the Grammy-winning frontman of Queens of the Stone Age and Eagles of Death Metal. First unveiled in an iconic YouTube video, this amp was the secret ingredient behind Josh Homme's distinctive guitar and bass tones. Now accessible to all, the Decade Too combines classic design with modern enhancements, offering musicians a unique tool to craft their sound with ease.

Signature Sound With Modern Features

The Decade Too faithfully recreates Josh Homme's signature sound, known for its tube-like sustain and rich, overloaded tones. At the core of this sound is the SATURATION switch, which delivers harmonically rich distortion for unparalleled sustain and texture. The amp's 3-band EQ, further enhanced by extra bass and treble boost switches, allows players to shape their tone with precision. This thoughtful redesign makes the Decade Too a versatile companion for everything from warm cleans to heavy distortion.

10 Watts of Solid-State Power

Despite its compact size and lightweight design, the Decade Too is a powerhouse. Weighing just 12 pounds, this 10-watt amp produces surprising volume and tonal depth, thanks to its proprietary 8" speaker and Peavey's renowned TransTube technology. Whether you're playing at home, rehearsing with a band or recording in the studio, the Decade Too delivers consistent, high-quality sound in a portable package that's easy to take anywhere.

Enhanced Connectivity for Versatility

Packed with modern features, the Decade Too ensures seamless integration with today's gear. Its effects loop allows for easy incorporation of pedals and external effects, while the transformer-balanced XLR direct out with level control and ground lift ensures a clean signal for recording or live performances. The amp also includes a footswitchable SATURATION feature, giving players on-the-fly control over their tone during gigs or practice sessions.

Perfect for Home, Studio or Stage

The Josh Homme Decade Too is not just a tribute to a legendary tone, but a practical and versatile amp for musicians of all levels as well. Its combination of portability, powerful features and distinctive tonal options makes it ideal for a wide range of applications, from casual practice to professional recording. Whether you're a fan of Josh Homme's music or simply in search of a unique and flexible amp, the Peavey Decade Too is a must-have addition to your rig.
