The Dean ML Select Floyd quilt top electric guitar provides professional-grade performance and style. Handcrafted in Indonesia, its mahogany body and three-piece mahogany neck deliver full-bodied tone and rock-solid stability. The stunning quilt maple top is a visual feast, with five-ply binding adding an elegant touch. Available with a Floyd Rose 1000 bridge for unparalleled tuning stability and dive-bombing effects, the ML Select Floyd places innovative design and premium components in the hands of the discerning guitarist.
Seymour Duncan Pickups Unleash Legendary Tone
The ML Select Floyd is armed with a Seymour Duncan TB-5 bridge pickup and APH-1 neck pickup, chosen for their ability to produce tight, articulate tone with smooth sustain and harmonically rich overtones. 250K audio taper pots provide a gradual roll-off without compromising high-end clarity. A three-way toggle switch offers instant access to neck, bridge or both pickups in conjunction.
Ebony Fretboard and 24-3/4" Scale Deliver Velvet-Smooth Playability
An ebony fretboard with 22 jumbo frets and offset block inlays provides a luxurious playing surface. A 24.75" scale length and 1-11/16" nut width strike a balance between comfort and precision. The satin neck finish speeds up the fretting hand for fluid solos and intricate riffs.
Set-Through Construction Maximizes Sustain
The ML Select Floyd employs set-through construction, with the neck extending through the body and anchored at the bridge. This time-tested design dramatically improves sustain and resonance. A dual-action truss rod allows for precise neck relief adjustments to suit any playing style.
