Crisp, Robust Tone

The DW Performance Series Steel Snare Drum delivers a bold tone with plenty of high-end cut and midrange focus. Its 1mm rolled steel shell provides an articulate "ping" without excessive overtones, allowing drummers to achieve a balanced sound that projects clearly. The snare's sharp attack works well for many musical styles, from rock and funk to jazz and Latin music.
