The Stage Custom Birch 3-piece bop shell pack from Yamaha is an easy-traveling birch drum kit that provides the legendary quality and design of the Stage Custom series in a smaller, club-friendly configuration perfect for any gigging drummer. With 100% birch shells, YESS mounting system and die-cast bass drum claw hooks, the Stage Custom Bop delivers Yamaha's signature tone and durability in a setup built for tight stages and busy touring schedules.
100% Birch Shells Provide Signature Yamaha Sound
The Stage Custom Bop's 100% birch shells provide the focused, balanced tone that Yamaha drums are known for. Birch offers a blend of warmth, attack and projection that suits any musical style. The all-birch construction gives each drum a clear, controlled sound with plenty of low end and a natural acoustic resonance that cuts through on stage.
YESS Mounting System Provides Flexibility
Yamaha's proprietary YESS mounting system provides maximum flexibility and stability for drum positioning. The YESS mounts allow for precise adjustment of drum angles and heights while securely holding drums in place during even the most intense playing. The result is a customizable setup with the durability needed for touring.
Die-Cast Bass Drum Claw Hooks Built to Last
The Stage Custom Bop's die-cast bass drum claw hooks provide a sturdy foundation for the kick drum. Die-cast from zinc alloy, the claw hooks securely grip the bass drum hoops while remaining lightweight. The die-cast construction ensures maximum strength and durability from hook to hook.
Compact Sizes for Any Venue
With 18x14" bass drum, and 10x7" and 12x8" rack toms, the Stage Custom Bop provides a tight, focused tonal palette ready for any club gig or studio date. The scaled-down sizes make setting up and tearing down a breeze, ideal for busy touring schedules and tight stages. This full set of drums is road-ready right out of the box.
