The TAMA Club-JAM Pancake Kit crams full-sized tone into an ultracompact package. TAMA's Club-JAM series is renowned for fusing professional-caliber sound with space-efficient designs and this 4-piece shell pack represents the pinnacle of that vision. Boasting 3.5" deep toms, a 4" snare and an 18" kick, the Club-JAM Pancake can be packed into a single bag—yet it unleashes the same thunderous volume and attack as its larger siblings.

Ultrashallow Shells Deliver Maximum Portability

The Club-JAM Pancake's namesake shells measure just 3.5" and 4" deep, allowing the entire 4-piece kit to fit into a single carry bag. But don't let their shallow profile fool you—TAMA's innovative construction techniques produce a surprisingly wide tonal range and impressive volume. The 8-ply poplar shells deliver a balanced attack, rich sustain and vintage-inspired warmth that defies their compact size.

Vintage-Style Hardware Provides Rugged Reliability

While the Club-JAM Pancake Kit was designed for maximum portability, TAMA didn't sacrifice durability. The kit features heavy-duty lug casings, solid aluminum bass drum hoops and steel brackets to stand up to the rigors of travel and performance. TAMA's robust single tom holder provides stable, adjustable mounting, allowing drummers to position their mounted tom at the perfect angle and height.

A Compact Kit With Serious Capabilities

Despite its diminutive footprint, the TAMA Club-JAM Pancake possesses some serious firepower. The single-headed toms produce warm, punchy tones with outstanding attack, while the snare cuts through the mix with a sharp, sensitive response. The 18" kick drum generates a surprising amount of low-end thump that provides a solid foundation for any style. For drummers seeking a highly transportable set that can handle any musical situation, the TAMA Club-JAM Pancake Kit is in a class by itself.
