Seymour Duncan Humbuckers Shape a Formidable Sonic Arsenal

The Seymour Duncan JB bridge pickup unleashes a snarling, aggressive tone that tackles modern high-gain styles with ease. The '59 neck pickup balances things out with a grumbling low end and hint of chime—perfect for thick rhythm chords and creamy solos. A three-way selector switch lets you blend these pickups for a range of tones, from vintage grit to contemporary crush.

Set-Through Mahogany Construction Provides Exceptional Resonance

The EC-1000 Duncan's mahogany body resonates fully, with set-through construction allowing vibrations to travel unimpeded from neck to body. An arched top adds comfort, while dual cutaways offer unhindered fretboard access. This single-cut design yields epic sustain that lends power to your performance.

Fast, Low-Action Ebony Fingerboard

A smooth Macassar ebony fingerboard hosts 24 extra-jumbo frets, providing a slick playing feel and easy access to every note. Its modern radius is tailored for low action and highly technical playing styles. Rapid runs, wide bends and complex chords are executed with speed and precision.

Precision Components Provide Rock-Solid Performance

A TonePros bridge and tailpiece provide adjustable intonation for chords that ring true, while LTD locking tuners ensure slip-free tuning stability—ideal for live performance and studio work. With components built for precision, the EC-1000 Duncan delivers a high level of playability that truly inspires confidence.
