The Nele is the latest collaboration between Nuno Bettencourt and Washburn. Players will love the playability of this guitar with its fast neck, extended cutaway design and 22-fret fingerboard. It also produces a great tone, thanks to the Seymour Duncan Vintage Stack in the neck position and a Bill Lawrence L-250 pickup in the bridge position. The sonic range of these pickups is taken up a few notches with the 6-tone mod that’s standard on the Nele. The 6-way “Freeway Ultra” switch gives players access to the three common settings and then three additional hot-rod options. Each Washburn Nele is custom-built in the Washburn USA custom shop.
