The EHB1005MS is equipped with a Bartolini BH2 humbucker at the neck and bridge for powerfully nuanced tone. Combined with the 3-band active EQ, these pickups offer a wide range of tones from warm and rounded to aggressive and biting. An EQ bypass switch activates passive mode, allowing the treble control to function as a passive tone control.
Roasted Maple Neck and Fingerboard For Stability and Sustain
The roasted maple neck and fingerboard have been heat-treated to increase stability, durability and moisture resistance. The roasting process also enhances midrange tones and sustain. Stainless steel frets further improve sustain and brightness while preventing rust.
