The HD 800 S Dynamic Open-Back Stereo Headphones from Sennheiser transport you into a new dimension of high-fidelity sound. These premium reference headphones are engineered in Germany and handcrafted from the finest materials for an unparalleled listening experience. At the heart of the HD 800 S is an advanced 56mm ring radiator transducer that delivers sound with breathtaking realism and spaciousness.

Ring Radiator Transducer Unlocks a Vast Soundscape

The HD 800 S features a groundbreaking 56mm ring radiator transducer, the largest driver ever used in dynamic headphones, to unlock a vast and immersive soundscape. This innovative transducer is encased in stainless steel and precisely angled to direct sound waves to the ear at a slight angle, creating an incredibly natural and spatial listening experience as if you're in the recording studio or concert hall. The ring radiator design and open-back ear cups allow for an expansive frequency response, with tight, articulate bass and sparkling highs that make every subtle detail audible.

Ergonomic Design Provides All-Day Comfort

While the HD 800 S delivers mind-blowing performance, it's also designed for maximum long-term comfort. The lightweight yet durable construction features a metal headband with inner damping elements to reduce vibrations. Plush microfiber earpads envelop your ears in comfort for hours of continuous listening without fatigue. Adjustable metal yokes allow you to customize the fit for your unique head size and shape. From the premium components to the meticulous German craftsmanship, every design element of the HD 800 S is aimed at creating a peerless listening experience.

Balanced Connectivity for Optimal Signal Transfer

To complement its reference-class sound, the HD 800 S includes a high-performance cable that provides balanced 4.4mm Pentaconn connectivity for optimal signal transfer. The balanced connection helps eliminate interference and crosstalk, allowing the full capabilities of the advanced transducer design to shine through. With premium balanced or unbalanced amplifiers and audio sources, the HD 800 S delivers sound quality that redefines the limits of dynamic open-back headphones.
